Welcome to ConXion Studios, South Africa’s premier facility for professional sound and visual production, featuring the region’s only Dolby Atmos 9.1.4 mixing studio.

Equipped with the latest industry-standard gear to ensure your projects are produced at the highest level. We offer a PMC Stereo and Dolby Atmos Monitoring System and Neve Genesys Black recording console – 16 Channel. This recording equipment includes top-of-the-line microphones, audio interfaces, and monitoring systems, all chosen for their superior quality and reliability.

Comfort and privacy are key to a successful creative session. Enjoy this sanctuary, relax and immerse yourself in your work, completely confidentially and uninterrupted.

There are three tracking rooms with limitless functionality. You can use all three rooms along with the Control Room for live band recordings, or combine the ConXion Room and the Voiceover Room for demo recordings while the Control Room and Cinema handle the final tracking. Each room is equipped with camera lines, enabling video footage to be captured during live recordings.

Studio Rental

Acoustically treated and designed to offer the ideal environment for recording, mixing, and production. With spacious, well-lit rooms, you’ll find ample space for collaborative sessions, solo work, or full-band recordings. The layout is thoughtfully arranged to cater to different needs, whether you’re working on a music track, a podcast, or a visual project.

The Cinema Room functions as a review space for Dolby Atmos and Surround TV and movie projects, as well as a tracking room for instruments and vocals. It is interconnected with the Control Room, allowing mixes to be played simultaneously in both spaces for client reviews. With seating for 17 people, the Cinema Room is perfect for presenting to high-end clients, with presentations seamlessly managed from the Control Room.

Dolby Atmos 9.1.4 and 7.1.4 Mixes

A truly immersive audio experience boasting 9 or 7 speakers at ear level, subwoofers (LFE) for deep bass, and four overhead speakers for enveloping sound. This advanced setup creates a three-dimensional audio environment, allowing sound to move freely around and above the listener, enhancing the realism and emotional impact of any production.
